We act on your behalf at any customs office within Germany, at border checkpoints and particularly in free harbours and airports, and provide you with the following services:

Preparation for free circulation

• Custom Clearances: for German and European clients also via our delay account or in collective customs processes
• Fiscal Representation: for EU clients, outside Germany for goods coming from third countries (with the advantage that the obligation to pay the turnover tax on imports is dropped)
• Intra-communitiy Customs Clearance: the declarant is a German client and the goods have been placed in another EU member country than Germany directly after customs clearance
• T2L Reports: count as accompanying documents for goods that have already been declared at the customs in case of further carriage by sea to consignee inner EU.

NCTS Shipment: Transit documents for goods in transit within the EU

Thanks to a close collaboration of experienced partners, we prepare T-1 douments in the following fields:

• Zahony, Hungary

Export declaration (AES)

From the first of Juli 2009 the customs offices will no longer accept export declaration in the usual paper form. We offer you paperless declaration.

Other Services

Organisation of veterinarian and phytosanitary controls, cutoms controls

Thanks to our settlement account at HHLA, we can take over any arising costs without any problems for goods and containers to be collected at Hamburg free harbour. This includes the issue of commitment notes (A-18, A-15, A-9).
